Nature of Lending Activity

Cross Bridge Capital LLC is a private money lender providing short-term, asset-based financing for real estate investors and developers. We are not a bank, credit union, or federally regulated depository institution. Our loans are commercial in nature and are not subject to the same consumer protection regulations that apply to residential mortgage lending.

Loan Programs — General Disclosures

All loan programs, terms, rates, and availability described on this website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Actual loan terms will be determined based on individual underwriting review and may differ materially from any general program descriptions.

  • Loans are made to business entities and real estate investors, not to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.

No Consumer Lending

Cross Bridge Capital does not originate consumer mortgage loans as defined under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), or the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. All financing is extended exclusively to business entities or individuals acting in a commercial or investment capacity.
